The hotel is located to the North of the lagoon Itabo, just 200 meters away from the warm waters of the beach Santa María del Mar, to the East of Havana City. The lagoon of Itabo forms a very rich salt water ecosystem, with lush vegetation and varied fauna. Its depth reaches more than one meter and it is navigable, the lagoon also hosts different species of migratory birds.
The All Inclusive hotel Arenal has hundreds of meters of beach and multiple diving spots, which are great to do observation diving.

149 rooms: 14 connecting singles, 40 standard and 27 suites in the ground floor.  There are 68 junior suites (3 of them connecting) in the top floor. All rooms have air conditioning, mini bar, hairdryer, phone, and satellite TV. There is 1 room for people with disabilities.
