This villa is named after the cay in which it is located. Beautiful landscape of the northern coast of the Holguin province, with an area of 42 km², located at the entrance of the Nipe Bay, the biggest in Cuba.

The 65% of its territory is covered with forests, with different vegetable formations; the rest is composed by great prairies where different species of exotic animals and from the Cuban fauna, live freely.
