The Villa is located in the residential Vista Alegre, a few minutes from the historical, cultural and commercial center of the hospitable city of Santiago de Cuba, and only about 10 km away to the International Airport. Its environment is characterized by the extensive vegetation and gardens that allows customers to feel in touch with nature during all their stay.

In the access path it is located the Jardín de los Helechos (Ferns Garden), recognized in the country as a natural and ecological relic because of the hundreds of its exotic species and the town named El Caney, famous worldwide for the sweetest Cuban fruits grown in it.

 Services of accommodation and bars with food and light meals (a la carte and / or buffet) are offered. The continental breakfast is included in the price of the regular fare. It also features a pool area and passive recreation, medical post, Internet round the clock, laundry, parking areas and taxis for rent.
